  2. Mix all ingredients in a large non-reactive pot (preferably stainless steel, not aluminum).
  3. Bring to simmer and cook uncovered for 25-30 minutes until the mixture is soupy.
  4. Force mixture through a sieve or food mill.
  5. Cool the mixture. Store covered and chilled. It will last for about 1 week if stored in a refrigerator.
